Me And Lu!
Today we found 18 cents in change and 14 bottles and cans.
It was just Lexi Lu and I on this sunny but cold Tuesday. Michele’s father had a setback and things looked pretty serious for a while. While he is still in critical condition, he is improving each day. His white blood cell count, once 26 thousand, is down to 15 thousand, which means the antibiotics are doing their job.
Change Update – Again, it was the evening walk that provided all of the action. First, at the car wash, we came up with 2 pennies. Both of the coins were found at the last vacuum station on the ground. We also picked up a nickel at the high school and a dime in the Subway parking lot. The last penny was recovered just outside Luigi’s Pizza. I tried their pizza the other day. I highly recommend them. That’s all from here!
