Staying Dry!
Today we found 8 cents and 12 bottles and cans.
The word of the day was rain, and lots of it. The morning for the most part was dry but in the early afternoon the front moved in. As luck would have it, I checked intellicast and noticed I had a window to get my long run in. So, around 12:45 pm I headed out and while it did mist, the real rain held off until about 10 minutes after I finished my run and stretching. Talk about timing!
Money update – Michele did all the money finding today on morning walk with Lexi and run afterwards. She found a nickel on Pleasant Street, 1 penny on Whitham and a penny on Allen. The penny on her run came on Grove Street. We didn’t find any money on the evening walk but did manage to collect a dozen bottles and one 12-pack label good for 10 points on the coke rewards.
