A Few Coins to End The Year….

Today we found 8 cents in change and 34 bottles and cans.

We closed out December with a few more coins in our pockets. Though there was still a lot of snow covered areas, that didn’t stop us from adding to the total. Michele was the first to get on the board with a penny found on Frost Street during her morning walk. Right before halftime of the Patriots game, I went out and got my run in. While doing so I scooped up 3 pennies. The first was found on Main Street, and then finishing up my run I found 2 more pennies on Main Street. Both were in the road near Luigi’s Pizza.

The evening walk we doubled our total with another 4 cents. The first 2 pennies were found at the car wash. One of them was on the ground beside the vacuum station while the other was on the ground in one of the self-serve bays. The other two coins were found at the corner of Main and Oak Streets, and the other penny was found in the 7-11 parking lot.

Good Night and Good Hunting!
