Short and Sweet…

Today we found 9 cents in change and 13 bottles and cans.

There wasn’t too much to talk about with regard to today’s finds. Michele was the sole beneficiary with a 9-cent early morning walk with Lexi. All the coins were found just down the road on Main Street within a few feet of each other. Ironically, our total for the month was 9.91 and the 9 cents made it an even 10 dollars. The snow moved in after that making it virtually impossible to find any money. We picked up about 2 ½ inches. Tomorrow should be interesting.

Over and Out!

Money totals for 2006 – 221.46
Money totals since Jan. 2005 – 339.81

Bottle and Can totals for 2006 – 14,273 – 713.65
Bottle and Can totals since Jan. 2005 – 24,295 – 1,214.75

Snow is so beautiful when it comes in short bursts and it's manageable (2 inches is ideal). We haven't had any snow here in NYC thus far. I'm a bit bummed since there's lack of snow and lack of dough around these parts..btw Happy New Year!
