Wrapping Up The Work Week!

Today we found 61 cents and 22 bottles and cans.

Friday turned out to be another good coin finding day for us as we recovered discarded coins from all the usual places. Michele started it off with the retrieval of 2 pennies, the first one came on Pleasant Street and the second was found in the rite aid parking lot.

Next, while at school, Michele found a dime headed out to the parking lot. Gotta love those school kids. On the evening walk we ended up with another 49 cents. The first 24 cents came at the car wash. All of it was scattered about on the ground near the vacuum stations (1 dime, 14 pennies). At the High School we picked up another 24 cents (2 dimes, 4 pennies). Again, the coins were found in various places in front and in the student parking lots. Finally, at the skateboard park, we found the final 11 cents (1 dime and 1 penny).
