A Couple Of Cold Days!

The last couple of days have been pretty chilly to say the least. We haven’t done any runs or walks over the past 3 days with the exception of an abbreviated morning walk that Michele did with Lexi, toughing it out so that she could get a little exercise in. Unfortunately for us, things look to be status quo for at least the next couple of days with below normal temps and windy. Winter is really making up for lost time.

Money Report – Here’s the update for the last two days.

Tuesday – We found no change and 17 bottles and cans.

Try as we might, we weren’t able to find any coins. I did take a drive down to the car wash and also to Hannaford’s to pick up a couple groceries but we came up empty.

Wednesday – We found 4 cents in change and 15 bottles and cans.

We had a little more luck than the previous day. I found the first coin while getting gas at Cumberland Farms. It was a penny on the ground right near the gas pump, nice and convenient. Later in the evening I took a drive down to the car wash and was able to pick up 3 pennies. All of the coins were in or around the self-serve bays.

Good Night and Good Hunting!

I'm with you about Winter making up for lost time.

The last few weeks have been very cold here in STL. Espcially after it was so warm in Nov/Dec.
