Wrapping Up The Weekend!

Today we found 90 cents in change and 62 bottles and cans.
Sunday was advantageous, both with money and also with bottles and cans. Michele got things going on the morning walk with Lexi. She found a total of 17 cents (1 dime, 1 nickel and 2 pennies), most of which came from the high school. During her run she found another 20 cents (2 dimes). The first one was found on Mousam and the latter on Frost.

The evening walk netted us another 53 cents (1 dime, 1 nickel and 38 pennies). The first penny was found in the rite aid parking lot on the ground. The rest of the hoard came from the car wash. A large percentage was found in and around the vacuum bay areas but there was also a nice pile of pennies on one of the islands ready for the taking. In addition, we also found parts of two 2-dollar bills. It’s weird, I know, that someone would rip up perfectly good bills but I’m sure they had their reason. Unfortunately, we were unable to find the entire remains of either bill. Oh well….

Good Night and Good Hunting!

Money Totals for 2007 – 41.66
Money Totals since Jan. 2005 – 355.65

Bottle and Can totals for 2007 – 17,575 – 878.75
Bottle and Can totals since Jan. 2005 – 27,597 – 1,379.85

Hi T, We find all kinds of things that. It's like a treasure hunt, you just never know what you're going to find. Michele noticed thast barrett as we were walking along on the sidewalk.

All the best,

Jim
