Terrific Tuesday!
Today we found 1.00 in change and 64 bottles and cans.
It seems we weren’t the only ones taking advantage of the nicer weather as most everyone else was out there, too. Michele was out running a few errands, and in the afternoon we joined my cousins for some lunch, followed by a lengthy visit. It was a productive day to say least and we’re looking forward to the even warmer temps tomorrow.
Money Report – We had an excellent day in our coin finding efforts on the roads of Springvale/Sanford and other points west. Michele got things going on the morning walk with Lexi. She found a quarter on Allen Street. A little later, after having lunch at the Good N Plenty, I found another quarter in the paper return slot.
The rest of the action came via the evening walk. First we found a dime at the intersection of Oak and Main. Then at the car wash we found a total of forty cents (1 quarter, 2 nickels and 5 pennies). The quarter and 5 pennies were found in and around the vacuum areas while both nickels we recovered from the self-serve bay areas.
