Close To The Vest!

Today we found 7 cents in change and 14 bottles and cans.

We decided to forgo the walk as it was just too brutal outside. Thank goodness this is the last of the real cold days as I am beginning to feel like an Eskimo. I’ll take a little of that early spring weather now, please!

Money Report – Michele did attempt to take Lexi for a walk this morning but the biting wind and bitter cold forced them to turn back after a short distance. She was able to retrieve one penny while she was out there though. She found it at the rite aid parking lot on the ground. The remaining 6 cents (1 nickel and 1 penny) came from the car wash. The penny was found on the ground near one of the vacuum bays while the nickel was found during an inspection of the self-serve wash areas. I also found a pretty nice women's fleece vest and a pair of sunglasses. Someone must be cold tonight!
